Rogers and Smith Release Text of the FY27 NDAA and Announce Markup Date

The committee will mark up the FY27 NDAA on Thursday, June 4, at 10:00 am ET.
House Armed Services Committee Chairman Mike Rogers (R-AL), and Ranking Member Adam Smith (D-WA) released the Chairman’s Mark of H.R. 8800, the Fiscal Year 2027 National Defense Authorization Act (FY27 NDAA), and announced the committee will mark up the legislation on Thursday, June 4, at 10:00 am ET.
