The CCP has brought about a rapid military modernization by integrating the latest dual-use technologies and is several years into an alarming expansion of all aspects of their nuclear arsenal. The challenge is clear: either the United States rises to meet this challenge with unprecedented defense modernization, or we cede the world stage to the Chinese Communist Party. It is past time to stop worrying about insulting China and start worrying about living under CCP rule if we don't change course immediately.
