Rogers and Smith Announce Markup Date for FY26 NDAA

Washington, D.C. – Today, House Armed Services Committee Chairman Mike Rogers (R-AL) and Ranking Member Adam Smith (D-WA) announced that the committee will consider H.R. 3838, the Streamlining Procurement for Effective Execution and Delivery (SPEED) and National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026.
 
The FY26 NDAA markup will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at 10:00 am ET.
