Today, Reps. Mac Thornberry (R-TX) and Adam Smith (D-WA), Chairman and Ranking Member of the House Armed Services Committee, and Senators John McCain (R-AZ) and Jack Reed (D-RI), Chairman and Ranking Member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, concluded a collaborative process with committee members to make adjustments to the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 necessitated by the Bipartisan Budget Act. These adjustments impact more than 100 separate programs.
