Purpose: To receive testimony on Army, Navy, and Marine Corps modernization plans and investment programs for rotary wing aviation systems in the fiscal year 2024 budget request. The hearing will also cover the Army’s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) effort and other military services’ plans in relation to FVL.
