TAL Hearing: Army Aviation Rebalancing and the Path Ahead:

Purpose: To receive testimony on the U.S. Army’s modernization plans, requirements, and investments in aviation programs as part of the Army’s recently announced Aviation Investment Rebalance. The subcommittee expects the witnesses to identify and explain how this rebalance will address the modernization priorities of the Army and how its leadership has assessed and is managing risk throughout the aviation portfolio. The hearing will also cover the Army’s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) effort.
