United States Representative Mike Rogers (R-AL), Lead Republican of the House Armed Services Committee, released a statement following an announcement that the United States will be sending additional lethal aid to Ukraine.

"The Ukrainians have been vocal about their need for lethal aid, especially anti-aircraft weaponry including Stingers. I hope the military aid package announced by the administration today includes these Stingers. The Ukrainians are fighting like hell to save their country and the administration should have sent this lethal aid weeks ago."
