WASHINGTON- The House Armed Services Committee will replace hardcopy distribution of amendments to the National Defense Authorization Act with electronic distribution to members of the media when the Committee meets to consider the bill on May 7th. In the past, reporters covering the markup had to be physically present in the hearing room to receive paper copies of amendments as they were considered.
